I am 5’6”. The photo on the right was on my vacation to Florida last summer (2012). I was 165 pounds and after this vacation I decided I MUST make a change in my lifestyle. For the rest of the summer I started eating healthier but not really exercising much. In December of 2012 I started running and exercising along with keeping a healthy diet. Now, on the left I am 127 pounds!!! I feel so much more confident about myself, more than I ever thought I would have. I don’t get sick as often and am happier, and more full of energy. I still continue to run every other day and do weights, and I am currently training for my first 5K! I still continue my healthy lifestyle and look for newer ways to improve my health every day
